Shipping Policy
All items are genuine used OEM auto parts, shipped from the United States (Lutherville Timonium, Maryland). Most orders ship within 1 business day, and a tracking number is provided for every order once it ships.
Free Shipping on Every Order
Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.
Continental U.S. (lower 48 states): orders ship FREE via FedEx 2-Day and arrive in about 2 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: orders ship FREE via USPS Priority Mail and arrive in about 2 to 3 business days. Other U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses: FREE via USPS Priority Mail; transit varies by destination — military mail often takes 1 to 3 weeks.
Faster Options (available at checkout for an additional fee). If you need your order sooner, faster delivery options are available at checkout:
Overnight (1 business day) - lower 48 street addresses.
Express (1 to 2 business days) - Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. May not be available to APO/FPO/DPO addresses and some territories; if unavailable, your order ships via USPS Priority Mail and any shipping fee difference is refunded.

FedEx and PO Boxes
FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or some U.S. territories. If you select a FedEx option (Free FedEx 2-Day or Overnight) but your shipping address is a PO Box, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail at no extra charge, which may add a delivery day. To guarantee FedEx 2-Day delivery, please provide a street address at checkout.
Where We Ship
We ship anywhere in the United States, including PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
Handling & Packaging
Orders are packed carefully to protect the part in transit. Mirror glass and other fragile parts are wrapped to prevent breakage.
