Effective: DRAFT — pending legal review

Who we are

motorspan.com is operated by Pan Motors LLC, a Maryland (USA) company selling used OEM automotive parts. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, password), order details (items, shipping address, phone number), and messages you send to support. Payments are processed by Stripe — full card numbers never reach our servers.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to run the store: your cart, sign-in session, and region. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use information

To process and ship orders, respond to support requests, prevent fraud, and meet tax and legal record-keeping requirements.

Sharing

Information is shared only with providers needed to run the store: Stripe for payments, shipping carriers for the name and address on the label, and Cloudflare for site delivery. We do not sell or rent personal information.

Storage and retention

Data is stored on our servers in the EU (Finland) and may be processed in the US. We keep it while your account is active or as required for legal and tax records.

Your choices

Email [email protected] to request a copy of your data or deletion of your account. Order records are kept where the law requires.

Changes

Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
