motorspan.com is operated by Pan Motors LLC, a Maryland (USA) company. By using this site or placing an order you accept these terms.
Products
Each listing states the item's condition. Used parts are OEM components removed from donor vehicles, sold as pictured and described, with wear typical of used parts.
Fitment
Published fitment is researched and verified before listing, but you are responsible for confirming a part matches your vehicle before purchase and installation.
Installation
Automotive parts should be installed by a qualified person. You assume responsibility for installation and use.
Orders and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe. We may cancel and refund any order affected by a listing error or stock issue.
Shipping
We currently ship to US addresses. Delivery times are estimates once the package is handed to the carrier.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. The part must come back in the condition it was sold in. Refunds go to the original payment method after the part is received and inspected.
Warranty and liability
Parts are sold as-is, with no warranty beyond the listing description. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We are not liable for installation labor, vehicle damage, or consequential losses.
